- Please read this carefullly. We require a 24-hour notice prior to cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Any changes to your appointment date or time within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a $100 fee payable at the time of appointment change. In the event our photographer will have already arrived at the property, any cancellation/rescheduling will incur a $100 fee. Once the work has begun, you are responsible for the full cost of your order and can no longer cancel your order.
Floor Plans
-Your floor plans will be emailed after payment. You will get an invoice sent to your email and you can pay online.
- We charge per unit for residential floor plans.
- You are allowed two sets of basic revisions (room name changes and other things that don't require redrawing). All subsequent revision requests will incur a revision fee.
- All measurements are approximate. No information on the produced documents should be relied upon without independent verification.
